At 1minfootball, we’ve had the privilege of serving thousands of football fans and customers. From day one, our goal has been simple: deliver products that offer real value for money.

Because of this, our return and exchange numbers are incredibly low. In fact:

  • Our return rate is under 2%

  • Our exchange rate is under 3%

That’s significantly lower than the market average. Even better, a large number of our customers come back and shop with us again. Our repeat customer rate is far above the industry average, which tells us that people genuinely enjoy what they receive.

So yes, we’re very confident that you’ll love your product and keep it.

But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — a size might not fit, or there could be an exceptional situation. To make sure you always have a great experience with 1minfootball, we’ve kept the return and exchange option open.

If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please go through the following points.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

1. Request Window
Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of the order being delivered.

2. How to Request
All requests must be sent via email to support@1minfootball.com.
Once we receive your email, we will share the next steps with you.

3. Response Time
We always try to respond as quickly as possible. However, during weekends or public holidays, it might take 24–48 hours.
Don’t worry if there’s a slight delay — you will definitely hear back from us.

4. One Request per Order
Only one return or exchange request per order will be allowed.

5. Courier Charges
We’re a startup operating on very small margins, and every bit of support from you truly means a lot to us. Because of this, courier charges for returns or exchanges will need to be borne by the customer.

You can send the product back to our office via any reliable, affordable and convenient courier company. Return address and other details will be shared via email.

6. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be sent back in its original condition, with:

  • Tags intact

  • Branding intact

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Labels still attached

7. Inspection Process
Once the product reaches us, our team will inspect it.

  • If everything is in original condition, we will ship the replacement product (in case of exchange), or

  • Refund the billing amount (in case of return).

8. Processing Time
The entire process may take 7–10 days, depending on the courier service.

9. Wrong Order / Size / Address?
If you accidentally placed the wrong order, selected the wrong size, or entered the wrong address, don’t worry.
Just email us within 1 hour of placing the order, and we’ll correct it from our end.
