FC Barcelona La Masia XI

On 25th November 2012, Tito Villanova's Barcelona made a trip to Levante for a routine La Liga encounter. The game, and eventually the result, a 4-0 win for Barca, was nothing out of the ordinary, and yet the Catalans made history that evening.
10 players in the starting 11 were La Masia prodigies, with Dani Alves being the only exception. The Brazilian right-back had to come off around the 15th-minute mark because of injury, and on came another La Masia product, Martin Montoya, to replace him.
With that, Barcelona had 11 players from their own youth system in a competitive game for the first time in their history. That 11 lasted until the 75th minute before Jordi Alba was replaced by Adriano.
La Masia is perhaps the most famed football academy across the world, but 11 years on, even they haven't been able to replicate that feat again.
